Responsibilities and Duties 

Source competitive rates based on equipment specifications, customer needs, and service expectations using existing and new carriers.  Manage the rate inquiry mailbox to ensure all rate requests are quickly and properly auctioned  Provide competitive spot rates with margin and/or provide alternate solutions if needed.  To coordinate with Shipping line for sea freight and negotiate for best freight.  To coordinate with agents for Air Freight and negotiate for best freight.  To coordinate with overseas agents ,Overseas Partners & office for best rates  Sending quotes to customers  Generating new sales queries  Coordination with Sales team for business coordination  Coordination with operations, shipping lines/ airlines to manage services.  Preparing reports like MIS, DSO, performance & profitability  Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers to secure competitive pricing.  Other duties and assignments as required  Maintaining zero error performance

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
