**Performance Marketing Job Role & Responsibilities**:
1. Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

2. Budget Optimization: Manage budgets to maximize ROI and monitor daily ad spend.

3. Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.

4. A/B Testing: Test creatives, ad copy, and landing pages for improved conversions.

5. Audience Targeting: Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies like retargeting and lookalike audiences.

6. Reporting: Prepare performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and CTR.

7. Collaboration: Work with design, content, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.

8. Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor campaigns for strategic insights.

9. Trend Adaptation: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Expertise in PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

**Success Metrics**:

- Improved ROAS and CTR.
- Reduced CPA.
- Increased conversions, leads, or sales.

**Salary**: 22K per month.

**Job Type**: Full Time

Job Timing: 10:30 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
