**Job Summary**:
As a Clinical Data SME, you'll have the opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects
involving real world data, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (comprising
engineers, domain specialists, product managers, etc), work on developing or improving
existing data standards.Job specifications and responsibilities:Data Analysis: Analyze
and assess the structure, content, and format of clinical data in PQ dashboards to
identify inconsistencies, variations, and opportunities for standardization.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Quality Assurance: Help in defining quality checks to validate the accuracy,
completeness, and adherence to standardization guidelines of clinical notes
data.
Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, training
materials, and resources to educate the team on standardized documentation
practices and promote adoption of standardized clinical note templates.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and
privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, HITECH) governing the documentation and
sharing of electronic health information.

**Education and Qualification**

MBBS/ MD - Pharmacology / PHARM.D / PHD - Pharmacology / M. PHARM
- PHARMACY PRACTICE or any life science domain having relevant experience
in working with oncology - real world data.
Deep knowledge of oncology therapeutic regimens in compliance with NCCN,
ASCO guidelines.
Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams in a global
and diverse environment.
Proficient with Clinical Data Models like OMOP, CDM with demonstrable
experience in modifying such standards for various use cases.

**Good to have**:
Basic Knowledge in SQL.
