Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Present product features and benefits persuasively to generate sales leads or close sales.
- Build rapport with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
- Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by management.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Strong persuasion and objection handling abilities.
- Resilience and persistence in overcoming rejection and objections.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales techniques.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales goals.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
