- Role: UX Designer (Mid-Senior Level)- Experience: + years' experience- Type: [Full-time]Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end design of user-centric interfaces across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Smart TVs).
- Drive design processes from problem framing and research to final interactions.
- Uncover and map user intent, motivations, and pain points to craft effective user journeys.
- Conduct user research to inform design decisions with real insights.
- Conduct and/or collaborate on usability testing and rapid prototyping to validate ideas.
- Collaborate closely with product, research, tech, and content teams to ensure solutions align with both user needs and business goals.
- Advocate for user-centric design by presenting clear rationale and storytelling in cross-functional discussions.
- Deliver high-quality wireframes, flows, and prototypes with attention to detail and usability.

Key Requirements:
- + years of UX design experience in consumer-facing digital products (OTT, e-commerce, fintech, apps, or large-scale platforms).
- Proven expertise in user research, journey mapping, and interaction design.
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing ability to translate user intent into effective design solutions with measurable impact.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
