Digital UX Designer

User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points, informing design decisions. Define user personas and map out customer journeys to help the entire organization gain a deep understanding of customer needs.
- UX vision: Contribute to the vision for the organization and influence product strategic roadmap. Lead the discovery, strategize concept design and launch phases of a project.
- Design culture: Champion user-centered design culture. Drive creative process and collaboration with cross-functional partners to propose new ideas and strategies.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and interactive mock-ups to visualize and iterate on design concepts, ensuring usability and functionality.
- UI Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines while prioritizing user experience.
- Iterative Design: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data-driven insights, and usability testing, striving for continuous improvement and optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design solutions and maintain a cohesive user experience.
- Accessibility and Usability: Champion accessibility standards and ensure designs meet usability best practices, catering to diverse user needs and abilities.
- Design guidelines: Create and drive adoption of design guidelines, mechanisms, reusable components, best practices, process and tools.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain design documentation, specifications, style guides, and design system components to facilitate effective collaboration and consistency.

**What your background should look like**:

- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on self-service online tools, SaaS products, or digital platforms.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work, highlighting problem-solving skills, user-centered design principles, and the ability to iterate based on feedback.
- Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar tools, with a solid understanding of design methodologies and best practices.
- User-Centric Approach: Deep empathy for users and a demonstrated ability to translate user insights into intuitive and impactful designs.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and aligning with project goals.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing design challenges.
