**Job Title: Social Media Strategist**

**Job Overview**:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Strategist at The W1N Company in Pune. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for conducting market research, developing marketing strategies, creating communication plans, and leading research initiatives. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients' business goals and brand identity.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
- Lead the creation of marketing plans, including budgeting, campaign planning, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Oversee the development of content strategies, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and deliver measurable results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on all marketing-related matters.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns.
- Solid understanding of design principles and experience collaborating with design teams to create cohesive visual and brand elements.
- Should be good at copywriting.
- Strong Communication and presentation skills
- Leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
