**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Strategist located in Pune. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, optimizing social media channels, and coordinating public relations activities. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring social media trends, analyzing engagement metrics, and collaborating with team members to enhance brand presence and awareness.

**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and experienced **Social Media Strategist & Promotions Lead** based in Pune to lead our social media initiatives and promotional campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can plan, execute, and optimize digital content and community engagement to build a strong online brand presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop tailored **social media strategies** for different campaigns and target audiences.
- Build and maintain **monthly content calendars** and manage the posting schedule across platforms.
- Oversee **daily content posting and audience engagement** across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Actively manage and respond to **comments, DMs, and community queries** to maintain an engaged community.
- Grow followers organically through **engagement campaigns, influencer collaborations**, and **affiliate partnerships**.
- Keep communities active and involved through **polls, discussions, and live sessions**.
- Plan and execute **digital ad campaigns** on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and similar platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report **social media metrics**; recommend data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and marketing teams to align digital strategies with brand goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Mass Media, Digital Media**, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in **social media strategy, content creation**, and **community management**.
- Strong understanding of **organic and paid growth strategies** on major social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Strong eye for design, branding, and digital trends.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in working with **influencers and brand affiliates**.
- Knowledge of **SEO principles**, digital campaign optimization, and social listening.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams in a fast-paced environment.
