Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance technician, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs in all the cafe locations in Delhi and Gurgaon to ensure a safe, clean, and functional environment for both customers and staff. This includes a range of tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, equipment maintenance, and handling basic repair requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine inspections of the cafe premises (including kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, etc.).
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems, electrical systems, HVAC units, and other equipment as needed.
- Handle minor repairs of furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ensure all kitchen appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers, are operating effectively and safely.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks, such as replacing filters, checking for leaks, and inspecting equipment for wear and tear.
- Ensure mínimal disruption to cafe operations by handling maintenance tasks during non-peak hours when possible.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a food service or retail environment.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform repairs in a timely manner.
- Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
