**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Preventive Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance checks and servicing of elevators and escalators.
- **Troubleshooting & Repairs**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- **Emergency Response**: Respond to breakdowns and urgent repair calls to minimize downtime.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, defects, and corrective actions taken.
- **Client Interaction**: Work closely with building managers, engineers, and customers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Equipment Handling**: Operate and maintain tools and diagnostic equipment required for maintenance tasks.

- 1-3 years of experience in elevator maintenance, installation, or related technical fields.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical safety standards.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel and work at different project sites.
