**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a skilled and eager **Junior HVAC Technician** with hands-on experience in **VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume)** and **VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow)** systems. In this role, you will assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced HVAC systems in commercial and residential buildings. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to build on their expertise in VRV/VRF technology while gaining exposure to broader HVAC work.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the installation and configuration of **VRV/VRF HVAC systems**, including indoor and outdoor units, refrigerant piping, and control systems.
- Support in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues specific to **VRV/VRF** systems such as improper refrigerant flow, system communication errors, or control malfunctions.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as refrigerant level checks, filter replacements, and sensor calibrations on **VRV/VRF systems**.
- Aid senior technicians in the **commissioning** and performance testing of **VRV/VRF systems**.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.
- Work with senior technicians to ensure the integration of **VRV/VRF systems** into building management systems (BMS) where applicable.
- Assist in training and educating clients on the operation and maintenance of their **VRV/VRF** HVAC systems.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
- Document tasks performed, parts used, and issues encountered during field operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **High school diploma or GED** required; technical/vocational training in HVAC systems is a plus.
- **1-2 years of hands-on experience** working with **VRV/VRF HVAC systems** is required.
- Knowledge of **HVAC electrical systems, refrigerant piping**, and **control wiring**.
- Familiarity with various brands and types of VRV/VRF systems (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi, LG, etc.).
- Ability to use HVAC diagnostic tools to troubleshoot VRV/VRF-specific issues.
- Willingness to learn from senior technicians and work in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to work with team members and provide explanations to clients.
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to job sites as required.

**Preferred Skills and Certifications**:

- Experience with HVAC software for system diagnostics and performance monitoring
- Basic electrical knowledge for working with low-voltage control systems.
- Understanding of energy-efficient HVAC solutions and green building practices.
