We are looking for a skilled and reliable **Maintenance Technician** who will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventive maintenance of all machinery and utilities in our plant. This role is crucial to ensure **zero downtime, smooth production flow, and long machine life.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Carry out daily preventive maintenance of footwear manufacturing machines (kneaders, injection molding, hydraulic presses, mixing mills, grinders, etc.)
- Troubleshoot breakdowns immediately to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify potential issues before failure.
- Maintain a logbook of all repairs, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with the production team for planned machine shutdowns.
- Ensure spare parts inventory is well-stocked and maintained.
- Oversee electrical, mechanical, and utility systems (air compressors, motors, drives, etc.).
- Support installation and setup of new machines.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with factory standards.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or relevant field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in **industrial maintenance** (footwear/ plastic/ rubber/ injection molding industry preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Hands-on knowledge of motors, drives, pumps, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and during urgent breakdown situations.
- Basic knowledge of welding, fabrication, and wiring is an added advantage.
