The Teams Coordinator is responsible for facilitating smooth communication and coordination within the team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and deadlines are met. This role involves a combination of administrative tasks, communication management, and resource scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:
2. Meeting Scheduling:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring availability of all necessary participants.
- Send out meeting invites, agendas, and any relevant materials.
- Follow up on meeting responses and reminders.

3. Stakeholder Communication:

- Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks by stakeholders.

4. Resource Scheduling and Task Management:

- Schedule resources such as rooms, equipment, and personnel for various activities.
- Manage daily activities and tasks of team members, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to the team and management.

5. Document Management:

- Maintain and update regular documents such as project plans, status reports, and team calendars.
- Ensure documents are organized, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant team members.
- Assist in creating templates and standardizing documentation processes.

6. Collaboration Support:

- Facilitate collaboration among team members by promoting the use of communication tools and project management platforms.
- Provide training and support on tools and processes as needed.

7. Continuous Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement best practices to streamline communication and coordination within the team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a project or team coordination capacity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methodologies is a plus.

The Teams Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring effective collaboration and coordination within the team, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹97,032.00 - ₹239,777.11 per year
