We are looking for someone who has experience as Process Coordinator for one of our client.

**Position: Process Coordinator/ Training Coordinator**

**Shift Timing: 8:30 PM to 5:30 AM (Night Shift) Monday to Friday**

**Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year of night shift experience**

**Location: Sector 1, Noida**

**Position Overview**:
The Process Coordinator will support the Managing Director (MD) in ensuring

smooth daily operations within the organization. The role involves managing and

optimizing organizational processes, ensuring team compliance with established

procedures, and collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments to

facilitate project success.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong Organizational Abilities: Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining structure.
- Excellent Follow-Up Skills: Ensures timely updates and adherence to deadlines.
- Effective Communication: Clear and concise in verbal and written interactions with all team members.
- Self-Motivation and Proactive Approach: Takes initiative and works independently with mínimal supervision.
- Problem-Solving Aptitude: Quick to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Good Time Management and Prioritization: Able to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Issue Identification and Solution Implementation: Recognizes problems early and implements solutions effectively

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
