**Role Summary**:We are looking for a curious and detail-driven **Research & Insights Associate** to support our internal business strategies and client growth plans through deep research and data collection. This role is ideal for freshers who are resourceful, analytical, and passionate about exploring data to find patterns, opportunities, and actionable insights.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct **in-depth research** on industries, competitors, customer databases, regulations, business models, etc.
- Gather **market intelligence, economic data, and opportunity analysis** to support internal and client-related growth strategies.
- Assist in creating **research reports, client-specific insights, and business intelligence briefs**.
- Help build and maintain **databases and knowledge repositories** for ongoing and future use.
- Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and consulting teams to align data gathering with business needs.
- Use a variety of tools — including online sources, industry publications, LinkedIn, portals, and government websites — to extract relevant data.

**Skills Required**:

- Freshers (any stream) with strong interest in Research.
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Basic knowledge of **market research techniques** (primary/secondary research)
- Comfortable with **Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)** and basic Excel functions (filters, vlookups, etc.)
- Good written communication skills — ability to summarize and present findings
- Knowledge of using web tools for data scraping/searching (LinkedIn, Statista, Startup India, MSME databases, MCA, etc.)
- Organized, proactive, and deadline-oriented
- Strong curiosity, attention to detail, and a learning mindset
