This full-time remote role is ideal for professionals with 0–2 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research.Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end project management for online quantitative research studies—from kick-off to delivery.- Maintain active and effective communication with clients, ensuring their objectives are met and expectations exceeded.- Monitor live dashboards, project metrics, and timelines, taking proactive actions to resolve issues or delays.- Implement and oversee sampling strategies that align with client goals and project feasibility.- Ensure SLAs and quality standards are consistently achieved across all stages of the project lifecycle.- Deliver actionable insights and high-impact recommendations based on research outcomes.- Support invoicing and client follow-ups, ensuring smooth project closures and documentation.- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to achieve timely project delivery and client satisfaction.✅ Qualifications- 0–2 years of experience in Online Quantitative Market Research.- Fair understanding of research methodologies, online sampling, and panel management tools (API/DIY platforms) would be an add on.- Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in managing project dashboards, client communications, and internal reporting.- Ability to interpret data accurately and provide insights in client-facing discussions.- Willingness to work in US (EST-PST) time zone.Ready to Apply?Please share your updated resume at
