About:

We are looking for a proactive and analytical
Research Associate
to join our Client Insights team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about understanding markets, customers, and data-driven insights.

You will contribute to survey design, data collection, and analysis across B2B and B2C research projects, helping transform information into actionable recommendations for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, setup, and execution of client surveys and research studies.
  • Gather, clean, and organize data to ensure reliability and consistency.
  • Conduct preliminary data analysis and create charts or summaries to highlight key insights.
  • Assist in preparing client deliverables, including reports and presentations.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand project goals and timelines.
  • Maintain attention to detail and quality across all stages of the research process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related disciplines
    .
  • Fresh graduates are welcome – full training will be provided.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in research, consumer behavior, and analytics.
  • High attention to detail, critical thinking, and eagerness to learn.
