- Sourcing and Closing
- Head of Sales Team providing overall Guidance to Newly recruited Sales Representatives & Executives.
- Strong negotiation and consultative Sales Skills.
- Conducting review meetings and appraising outcome of Meetings, Schedules and Action plans to Globe Group Management periodically.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Maintenance of total number of sales made, potential and existing customer calls.
- Building rapport with customers and price negotiation in line with Management and customer satisfaction levels.
- Ensuring smooth running of sales administration and customer service activities.
- Analyzing sales metrics and determination of current strategies effectiveness.
- In-depth research on pricing, market success to gain customer interest.
- Investing continuous efforts for achieving targets to a greater extent.
- Sales Team performance evaluation and co-ordination with Globe Group Management, Government Agencies, Contractors and potential customers.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
