Bio Trend Energy has established a cutting-edge pellet production facility in Sambalpur, Odisha. Our combined biomass pellet production and aggregation capacity is projected to reach approximately 5000 MT per month across India, contributing to a quicker carbon-free transition.

**Job Summary**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and control plant operations, including machinery and equipment, to ensure optimal performance and adherence to established production schedules
- Perform regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify and fix any technical issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure they are being followed throughout the plant.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for routine maintenance and repairs to prevent unplanned downtime.
- Operate heavy machinery, to load and unload raw materials and finished products.
- Prepare and maintain operational logs, tracking plant production and quality data.
- Participate in safety drills and training sessions to ensure readiness for any potential emergencies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management, reporting any issues or disruptions that may affect production.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring adequate supply of raw materials.
- Monitor all plant operations and adjust processes as necessary.
- Coordinate with team members to facilitate smooth production processes.
- Log operational data and report any inconsistencies or malfunctions.
- Participate in safety drills and assist in emergency situations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Industrial Plant Operator or similar role.
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and systems.
- Understanding of safety regulations and operating procedures.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational or technical training is a plus.
- Experience in **BIO-CNG, Biomass, Chemicals, or Heavy Industries.**

**Note: This role involves working in an industrial plant setting with occasional exposure to noise and dust.**
