Packing Executive/for Pharmaceutical Companies/ Job location Palghar, Boisar, Goregaon/Amravati/Mahad Raigad

Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for checking artwork of Particular order from the PPIC department.
2. Find artwork from the database as per the order, If artwork is existing then send the same to the purchase dept.
3. Comparing New Products artwork with a. As per last b. Order Copy c. FDA Approval.
4. Taking approval of artwork from customers.
5. Taking approval of artwork from production QC, QA and marketing. 6. Finalize the artwork, maintain record of artwork with approval signature.
7. Verify the artwork with respect to size, colour, grammage and other specifications as per order and pack size.
8. Check the artwork as per checklist.
9. Assign master code to all the artwork as per SOP.
10. Get a shade card from the printer and maintain a master copy and get approval from the plant.
11. Ensuring the accuracy of the Art works from External Printer and making corrections if any.
12. Sending final approval in the form of Bromide to the External Printer.
13. Maintaining Records for every order.
14. Responsible for proper storage and retrieval of artwork.
15. Coordinate with the purchase department for placing the order.
16. Follow up with the marketing department for artwork approval.
17. Proper binding and maintenance of short order clips.
18. Follow up with a printer for a sample and check its quality.
19. Responsible for All the artwork to be corrected at our end and not by the printer.
20. Responsible for storage of art work in a data management system.

Reports to be submitted.
1. New artwork prepared report-daily
2. Weekly design status report
- order wise.

Experience: 2 to 4 Years
Salary Range: Rs. 2 LPA to 4 LPA
