Roles and Responsibilities

1. Daily plan vehicles combination of own vehicles as well as outside vehicles.

2.Prepare reports in excel - vehicle trip report, vehicle mileage report, petty cash, vehicle repair and other related reports.

3.Coordinate with warehouse team, customers and drivers.

4.Write LRs and followup with drivers to get back LRs.

5. Monitor POD(proof of deliveries) and properly handover.

6.Coordinate with accounts team for any petty cash details.

7.Hire drivers, maintain them and recruit new drivers.

8. If required send labour for unloading of stock at customer points.

9. Any issues come like vehicle breakdown, coordinate with drivers and mechanic shops and get problems resolved.

10. Keep a track of own vehicle insurances and renew before expiry.

11. Daily send petty cash and other required reports.

12. Monitor GPS software and track vehicles to avoid vehicle misuse.

Location - Kandalkoya, near Kompally, Medchal

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
