**Job Title: Site Supervisor - Employee Transportation**

**Location**: Hyderabad
**Experience**: 2-5 years in transportation coordination/supervision
**Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹30,000/month

**Role Overview**:
We are hiring **Site Supervisors** to manage day-to-day operations at designated client locations, ensuring smooth and safe employee transit. The role demands hands-on supervision, punctuality, and proactive communication with drivers, employees, and the control room.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor vehicle movements during employee pickup/drop shifts.
- Ensure timely vehicle arrival, proper roster adherence, and shift coordination.
- Address escalations and coordinate with drivers, vendors, and transport helpdesk.
- Perform vehicle readiness checks (cleanliness, fuel, documents).
- Maintain shift logs and employee attendance if required.
- Coordinate with EHS for compliance and documentation audits.
- Immediate escalation of breakdowns, delays, or safety incidents.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum HSC / Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Tech-savvy - able to use mobile apps, GPS, and Excel sheets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and team coordination.
- Should be flexible with shift timings and available on-site as needed.
