**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate daily transport operations for employee pick-up and drop services.
- Prepare and manage transport schedules, rosters, and shift allocations.
- Monitor vehicle movements and ensure adherence to routes and timing.
- Liaise with transport vendors and drivers to ensure vehicle availability.
- Handle employee queries and complaints related to transport services.
- Ensure all vehicles comply with legal, safety, and company requirements (insurance, permits, cleanliness, GPS, etc.).
- Implement and monitor safety protocols, including emergency handling procedures.
- Maintain MIS reports and transport logs (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Collaborate with security and administration teams for seamless coordination.
- Support transport planning for special events, late-night shifts, or emergency requirements.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Graduate in any discipline; specialization in Logistics or Transport Management is a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in employee transportation or fleet management.
- Familiarity with transport management software and GPS tracking systems.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts or extended hours if required.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations
- Vendor negotiation and contract handling
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
