**Reporting To**: Transport Manager**Role Purpose**:

- To act as a bridge between parents and the school transport team, ensuring the smooth functioning of transport services by addressing parent concerns, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders.**Key Responsibilities**:
**Parent Communication**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for parents regarding transport-related queries, issues, or feedback.
- Provide regular updates to parents about route changes, delays, or safety concerns.**Route and Scheduling Management**:

- Coordinate with the transport team to optimize routes and ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Ensure that parents are informed about any changes in routes or schedules in a timely manner.**Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to school safety guidelines and protocols during transportation.
- Regularly inspect transport vehicles for compliance with safety standards.**Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve parent concerns or complaints related to transportation services promptly and effectively.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Transport Manager when necessary.**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, complaints, and feedback.
- Generate reports on transport service performance and parent satisfaction for management review.**Collaboration**:

- Liaise with transport drivers, attendants, and the school administration to ensure the smooth execution of transport services.
- Coordinate with the school’s security team to ensure child safety during boarding and deboarding.**Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather regular feedback from parents to identify areas for improvement in transport services.
- Propose and implement solutions for enhancing parent satisfaction.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Knowledge of transport safety regulations and protocols is an advantage.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in customer relations, transport coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience in an educational institution is preferred.
