1. Understand the need of the business and convert them into BOM/design by proposing the right hardware (make, model and version).
2. Plan and deploy solutions through advanced troubleshooting techniques.

5. Evaluate product platforms, carry out Proof of Concept and Integrations, Knowledge Acquisition and Transfer.

Switching:
1. Configure and carry out complex integrations like VSS, VPC and FabricPath.
2. Review the design for Data Center and Enterprise LAN.
3. Develop standards and functionalities, and implement them.

Routing:
1. Carry out advanced monitoring of IP SLA and EEM (Applet).
2. Design based on standard design templates.
3. Assess and propose Automation Solutions for efficiency improvement.
4. Design solutions for Enterprise, Service Provider and Data Center Environments.

WLAN:
1. Guide the onsite engineer to perform onsite survey and data gathering in case of connectivity issues and intermittent connectivity issues.

3. Verify and troubleshoot a switch with VLANs and inter-switch communications.

Network Management Tools:
1. Assess infrastructure and propose improvements.
2. Automate reporting schedules through wizards (Linux OS and Sun Solaris).
3. Integrate management tool to PBX.
4. Decide parameters to be monitored and customize reporting.
5. Design and deployment of servers like Symposium, CC6 and CMS.

Technical Skills:
1. Network components and devices.
2. Switches, soft switches and multi-layer switches.
3. Routers and Bridge Routers.
4. Wireless Access Points (WAPs) and Wireless Network Interface Controller.
