**Associate SME/SME/Senior SME - Endpoint Security**
**Total Experience Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Conduct in-depth analysis of security alerts and incidents escalated from L1 analysts.**:

- **Develop and implement comprehensive endpoint security strategies, policies, and**

**procedures to protect against advanced threats and vulnerabilities.**
- **Lead a team of endpoint security specialists to deploy, configure, and manage endpoint**

**security solutions, including antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR)**
**tools, endpoint encryption, and data loss prevention (DLP) technologies.**
- **Conduct advanced analysis of compromised Endpoints/Users to uncover the full extent**

**of security breaches, identify attack vectors, and gather evidence for incident**
**investigations**
- **Primarily responsible for deployment, security event monitoring, management and**

**response.**
- **Conduct regular security assessments and audits of endpoint devices to ensure**

**compliance with organizational security policies and regulatory requirements.**
- **Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute**

**multiple projects simultaneously.**
- **Perform L3 triage of alerts as per their severity and validity.**:

- **Prioritize and assign incidents based on their severity, impact, and relevance to**

**organizational priorities.**
- **Proactively search for advanced threats, persistent adversaries, and hidden malware on**

**endpoints using sophisticated hunting techniques and methodologies.**
- **Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of security incidents and**

**determine the extent of compromise on affected endpoints.**
- **Serve as a central point of contact and coordination for cross-functional incident**

**response teams, including IT, security operations, legal, and executive leadership.**
- **Maintain detailed documentation of incident analysis findings, response actions, and**

**recommendations for remediation.**
- **Provide mentorship, training, and knowledge sharing sessions to junior analysts and**

**cross-functional teams on advanced incident response techniques, threat hunting**
**methodologies, and EDR best practices.**
- **Should have strong understanding and experience on EDR tools like SentinelOne,**

**Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Crowdstrike, Symantec Endpoint Protection,**
**BitDefender, Sophos or other similar tools**
- **Should be comfortable working in 24/7 shifts**:

- **Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with**

**cross-functional teams.**
- **Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.**:

- **Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.**:

- **At least 5-8 years of experience in the cybersecurity field with a focus on IR, SIEM**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and**

**non-technical stakeholders.**
- **Relevant certifications such as Comptia Security+, CEH, CCNA, CISM, GIAC, (ISC)2 or CEH**

**are a plus.
