**Job Summary**:

- **Compliance**:

- Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of recruitment activities.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Proven experience in IT recruitment with a consistent record of placements.
- Familiarity with technical roles and IT skill sets (e.g., software development, data science, cloud computing, etc.).
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and deliver results within deadlines.
- Proficiency in ATS software, recruitment tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in [Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field].
- Certifications in recruitment or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM) are a plus.
