**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing D2C brand / marketing agency / e-commerce firm committed to delivering innovative solutions and seamless customer experiences. We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented intern to support our e-commerce growth by managing key marketplace accounts and learning the ins and outs of online retail strategy.
**Role Overview**:
As a Key Account Manager (Intern), you will work closely with the e-commerce and operations team to manage listings, track performance, support campaigns, and coordinate with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and others.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations for key e-commerce accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Monitor product listings, stock status, pricing, and visibility
- Coordinate with platform managers for promotional activities and campaigns
- Track key KPIs like sales, returns, ROAS, ACOS, and take corrective actions as needed
- Support in cataloging, keyword research, SEO optimization, and content updates
- Generate performance reports and provide insights on trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, design) to ensure seamless execution
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or D2C brands
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (basic analysis)
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Self-starter with a learning mindset
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
