Sales Coordinator

**Overview**
The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our jewelry business. This individual will be responsible for understanding customer needs, managing the sales process, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
**Responsibilities**
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their specific needs and preferences regarding jewelry.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- Manage the entire sales process, from initial customer contact to order fulfillment.
- Accurately maintain an order book, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of all orders.
- Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- **Vendor Management**:
- Establish and maintain relationships with reliable vendors for jewelry sourcing and procurement.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with vendors to optimize pricing and quality.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any issues that may arise.
- **Team Leadership (if applicable)**:
- If responsible for a sales team, provide leadership, guidance, and training to ensure team members are motivated and performing at their best.
- Monitor team performance and set achievable targets to drive sales growth.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in sales management within the jewelry industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends in the jewelry sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Order management system: 1 year (preferred)
