**Position: Female Patient Counselor**

**Experience Required: 5 Years in IVF/Hospital Setting)**

**Job Summary:Essential Functions/Job Duties**:

- Collaborate with sales professionals to achieve 100% customer satisfaction for assigned accounts
- Maintain the CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information for assigned accounts
- Follow up with clients and systematically convert leads into sales.
- Counsel and co-ordinate patient care.
- Follow up and co-ordinate the treatment plan for patients.
- Maintain patient follow-up sheets.
- Perform all office co-ordination-related tasks.
- Register patients and explain the location and available facilities to help them choose the appropriate treatment centre.
- Inform patients about the modern IVF treatment methods and associated costs.

**Key Skills**
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IVF Centre or office co-ordination.
- Basic computers proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Internet surfing).
- Excellent communication skills and convincing power.
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred.
