**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in various IVF-related OT procedures including egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and hysteroscopy.
- Prepare and maintain OT equipment and instruments in accordance with infection control standards.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs during procedures and provide immediate support in case of emergencies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records as per the protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, embryologists, and other medical staff to ensure smooth workflow during procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and clinical standards of the IVF centre.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Qualification**: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum of **2 years working in an IVF centre** specifically in the OT/Nursing role.
- Strong understanding of OT protocols, sterilization techniques, and IVF cycle management.
- Ability to handle equipment like ultrasound machines, suction devices, anesthesia carts, etc.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Pay: ₹10,563.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
