**Position: OT Technician**

**Experience Required: 5 Years in IVF/Hospital Setting)**

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Operating and understanding all the medical equipment in the center, ensuring readiness before surgical procedures.
- Coordinating with equipment vendors to address any operational standards issues, ensuring timely serving and maintenance of equipment
- Assisting the surgical team during operative procedures by preparing and inventorying sterile setups and passing items as needed
- Assisting in preparing and moving patients, as well as cleaning and maintaining the operating theatre
- Maintenance narcotic drugs and updating of records and registers on daily basis
- Other responsibilities typically associated with an OT Technician role.

**Key Skills**:

- Thorough knowledge of medical equipment and instruments.
- Strong skill in record-keeping and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Effective communication skill for establishing and maintaining relationship with patients, medical staff, and clinic staff.
- Capability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
- Graduation from an accredited School of Technician course.
