**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.
- Promote and upsell store promotions and loyalty programs.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a positive and effective manner.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are displayed according to store standards.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store sales targets and objectives.
**Qualifications**:

- High school /diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
