PAB Remedies, a leading pharmacy store in Mohali serving the Tricity area, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers and contributing to the overall success of our store.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding the products they need. Provide product recommendations, answer inquiries, and offer information on promotions or discounts.
- **Sales Generation**: Actively engage with customers to drive sales and meet store targets. Utilize product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell items, enhancing the shopping experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including pharmaceuticals, herbal remedies, beauty products, and health supplements. Stay updated on product features, benefits, and uses.
- **Stock Management**: Assist in maintaining inventory levels by monitoring stock levels, replenishing shelves, and organizing merchandise displays. Notify management of low stock items or discrepancies.
- **Cash Handling**: Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems. Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments securely and efficiently.
- **Cleanliness and Organization**: Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure that aisles, shelves, and product displays are tidy and well-maintained.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including health and safety standards. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and sensitive data.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using cash registers or POS systems.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of pharmaceuticals or healthcare products is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
