**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide detailed product knowledge and help customers make informed purchasing decisions.

  • Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked sales floor.

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.

  • Promote and upsell store promotions and loyalty programs.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a positive and effective manner.

  • Ensure shelves are stocked and products are displayed according to store standards.

  • Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.

  • Collaborate with team members to meet store sales targets and objectives.


**Qualifications**:

  • High school /diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
