**Responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Showcase properties to potential buyers or tenants.
- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Negotiate terms of sale and draft contracts.
- Coordinate property viewings and open houses.
- Maintain a database of properties and client information.
- Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends and developments.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a real estate salesperson or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
