**Roles and Responsibilities of Relationship Executive/ Manager**:

- New client acquisition for Trading and Demat account.
- Revenue generation through brokerage.
- Cross selling of investment products like Mutual funds, SIPs, Loans, Health Insurance, Life insurance, PMS, and Advance brokerage product (as per clients needs)
- Monitor and review team members' performance and help the team to achieve maximum business
- Maintaining client relationship
- Remain update about the latest investment products and market trend
- To guide the client about the suitable investment / trading products as per clients profile
- To ensure the achievement of Acquisition Targets of HNI clients, Retail clients

**Roles and Responsibilities of Equity Dealer**:

- Advising clients with regard to their Investment in Equity, Derivative & Currency Market, Place orders on their behalf
- Responsible for achieving brokerage revenue
- Increasing client base through existing client referrals
- To place orders for clients on the trading terminal with very high proficiency in speed and accuracy
- Confirmations on Recorded Line
- Communicating research advice and investment ideas to customers for portfolio churning
- Focused on servicing as a dealer in Equity Cash, Equity Derivatives, Currency Derivatives, and Commodity segment
- Attain through knowledge about stock market terms and trading practices
- Update client for order and trade on recorded line during market hours
- Maintain 0% dealing errors
- Dealing on behalf of clients Providing client support and answering their queries about software, trades, positions, funds, market movements, etc
- Should have depth knowledge of all financial products
- Should be target oriented
- Should have good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Should have good telemarketing skills
- Should be self-initiative
- Remain updated about the present market scenario and financial market products and trends
- Should have the zeal to help clients in achieving their financial goals

**Qualifcation, Experience, CTC**:

- Any Graduate/Any Post Graduate
- Age not more than 35 Years
- Experience in Stock Broking industry is Must
- Work from Office
- 3 LPA to 5 LPA
- NISM VIII - Equity Derivatives certification Mandatory (For Equity Dealer)
