Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic fresher for the role of Dealer / Trader. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of the stock market, a keen interest in trading, and strong communication skills. This role offers an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in equity and derivatives dealing with hands-on market exposure.

Key Responsibilities

Execute client orders for equities, derivatives, and currency markets with speed and accuracy.

Monitor client portfolios and trading activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Assist senior dealers in managing daily trading operations.

Stay updated on market trends, corporate actions, and trading strategies.

Communicate effectively with clients regarding trades, margins, and market updates.

Ensure accurate trade confirmations and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is mandatory.

NISM Currency Derivatives certification is also required.

Good knowledge of stock markets, order types, and trading platforms.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Analytical mindset and quick decision-making abilities.

High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Training and mentoring by experienced traders.
