Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute client trades efficiently on various stock market platforms (NSE/BSE).
  • Provide clients with timely and accurate market information, investment advice, and portfolio updates.
  • Handle client queries related to demat accounts, trading platforms, and investment options.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through proactive communication and portfolio reviews.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while dealing with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and other investment instruments.
  • Keep updated with market trends, equity research reports, and company fundamentals to support clients' investment decisions.
  • Coordinate with back-office teams for smooth trade settlements and client service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field.
  • NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is mandatory or must be completed within the probation period.
  • Strong understanding of stock markets, mutual funds, and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,694.21 per month
