Bachelor or Master’s degre in relevant field.

Experience Required:
2-3 Years

Total Experience required: Minimum 1 Year Working in sales

Skillset Required:

- Reviewing reports and data to determine whether further action is required
- Preparing reports on sales activities and forecasts for upper management review
- Preparing bids for new projects or contracts with customers and suppliers
- Coordinating the work of other employees within the company, such as administrative staff or technicians
- Helping to create marketing plans and strategies to promote products or services to specific groups such as investors or potential customers
- Coordinating with other departments to manage projects and ensure that deadlines are met
- Analysing data and making decisions based on their findings to improve business processes
- Reviewing financial statements to identify areas of risk and opportunities for profit improvement
- Participating in meetings with clients or other business leaders to discuss current trends or projects

Profile Brief:

- Serve as an integral member of the executive team, providing support and assistance to senior executives as needed
- Help develop and implement strategic plans for the company, in alignment with the company’s mission and values
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external audiences
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deadlines are met and that quality standards are met or exceeded
- Serve as a liaison between the company and its various stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Handle confidential information discreetly and maintain strict confidentiality
- Anticipate the needs of senior executives and proactively take steps to meet those needs
- Manage schedules and calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle other administrative tasks as needed
- Attend meetings, conferences, and other events on behalf of senior executives
- Provide input on decisions related to hiring, firing, and promotions
- Perform any other duties as assigned
