We are repositioning Orayana from a typical “lawn” into a premium destination—and we want a marketing leader who can own this journey end-to-end.This isn’t a “post-and-boost” job. It’s about building the entire brand story, creating demand, and making Orayana the first name people think of when they plan weddings, retreats, or corporate getaways.Your RoleYou won’t just manage social—you’ll own the entire marketing process: strategy, content, ads, lead funnels, influencer collabs, and reporting.- Create & manage: 4 reels per week + daily stories that reflect Orayana’s calm, premium aura. - Run paid ads end-to-end and optimize for qualified leads. - Be on-ground during weddings, retreats, and stays to capture moments, décor, and testimonials. - Build influencer and creator collaborations that feel natural and premium. - Lead LinkedIn outreach to HR/Admin teams for corporate retreat bookings. - Report directly to the Founder; work closely with Sales/Weddings lead and Décor Planner.Key KPIs (Your North Stars)- Leads: 10+ qualified enquiries per month from social. - Bookings: 20–30 weddings per year attributed to social + retreats/villa bookings. - Engagement: 8%+ engagement rate; median 10k+ views on reels. - Content cadence: 4 reels per week + daily stories, consistently. - Brand: Visible repositioning of Orayana as premium, serene, welcoming.Compensation- Base Pay: ₹30,000/month (fixed) - Wedding Commission: 0.5% of the total gross wedding budget booked via social. - This Commission will be payable for any bookings that come except for Walk-In Clients. - Example: Wedding worth ₹15,00,000 → You earn ₹7,500 commission. - Retreats, Corporate, Villas: Flat ₹1,500 per confirmed booking via social. - Earnings range Annual Basis: - Lean: ~ ₹4,78,000/- (₹40,000/- per month) - Regular: ~₹5,46,000/- (₹ 45,500/- per month) - Strong: ~₹6,84,000/- (₹57,000/- per month)Who You Are- 4–5 years of hands-on social media + digital marketing experience. - You can shoot + edit content yourself; strong eye for storytelling and aesthetics. - You’ve run paid ads (Meta/Google/LinkedIn) and tracked real ROI. - Comfortable on-ground during events, flexible with hours on peak days. - You want ownership—to build, not just execute.Why Join- Blank canvas: You get to define and build Orayana’s brand. - Real ownership: From ideas to execution, the process is yours. - Creative freedom: No agency red tape, fast approvals, space to experiment. - Performance-driven pay: You directly share in the wins you create.How to ApplySend your CV, 3 best reels, and a short note on how you’d grow Orayana to info@orayana.com with subject line: “I’ll build Orayana.”
