Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive/Manager to join our team.

This role involves identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.

Client Acquisition:Identify and target potential corporate clients through market research and networking.Develop and execute strategies to approach and convert leads into long-term clients.

Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring excellent service.Sales

Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.Market Analysis:Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities.Provide insights and recommendations to refine sales strategies.

Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Collaboration:Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and operations) to align strategies and ensure client satisfaction.Participate in corporate events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote the company’s offerings.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Experience: 10 years of experience in corporate sales, B2B sales, or account management.Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.Traits:Goal-oriented and self-motivated.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
