**Experience**:2-6 years
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and organize the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, gather necessary documents, and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings. Attend meetings when required and take minutes or notes.
- Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and files. Create and edit documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Screen and manage phone calls and visitors to the CEO's office. Direct inquiries and requests to the appropriate person or department.
- Plan and coordinate events, meetings, and conferences hosted or attended by the CEO, including logistics, guest lists, and materials.
- Assist the CEO in prioritizing tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that their time is allocated to high-impact activities.
**Required Education**:Bachelor's degree in any field.
