**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Call potential clients to introduce them to Potens Fitness programs and services.
- **Follow-ups**: Maintain follow-up calls with leads to answer questions and encourage membership sign-ups.
- **Customer Relationship**: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their fitness needs and suggesting tailored programs.
- **Membership Enrollment**: Assist in completing the enrollment process for new members, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from potential and existing clients to improve service offerings.
- **Database Management**: Update and manage the customer database regularly to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and enrollment targets.
**Requirements**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills in [English, Hindi, Telugu].
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Customer Focus**: Ability to understand customer requirements and provide suitable fitness solutions.
- **Motivated**: Self-driven and goal-oriented with a passion for fitness and healthy living.
- **Technical Skills**: Basic knowledge of using computers and CRM software for managing calls and client records.
