**Job Summary**:
Sasha Luxe is looking for a **Telecaller Executive** to join our Hyderabad team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our healthcare services, handling inquiries, and helping build lasting relationships with patients and customers over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote healthcare services offered by Sasha Luxe.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and guide customers appropriately.
- Explain services clearly, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer feedback in the system.
- Follow up with potential customers for appointment scheduling or service enrollment.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the healthcare support and sales team for smooth follow-ups.
- Uphold the brand’s tone of voice, ensuring a professional and empathetic communication style.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is a plus).
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare support is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, data entry).
- Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to explain healthcare services clearly.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
