**Job Summary**

We are looking for dynamic and communicative Telecallers to support our sales team in the real estate and construction sector. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining project details, and scheduling site visits. Fluency in **Telugu, Hindi, and English** is essential for effective communication with clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to leads generated through campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Clearly explain project features, benefits, pricing, and location advantages.
- Handle inquiries and objections professionally in **Telugu, Hindi, and English**.
- Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and site visit scheduling.
- Update CRM records with lead status and maintain daily call logs.
- Ensure a positive customer experience during telephonic interactions.
- Experience**:Freshers to 2 years** in tele calling or sales (real estate preferred).
- Language Proficiency**:Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English** is mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools (preferred).
- Ability to work under targets and handle customer rejections gracefully.

**Educational Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
