**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Service Management**:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
- Ensure that guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing personalized attention and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Take and confirm guest orders, ensuring all dietary restrictions, preferences, and special requests are noted and communicated to the kitchen.
- Assist with menu explanations and recommend food and beverages based on guest preferences.
- **Supervising Service Staff**:
- Supervise, train, and motivate waitstaff, ensuring they provide excellent service and adhere to restaurant standards.
- Assign tasks to servers, bus staff, and other service personnel, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Monitor the performance of the service team and provide feedback for improvement.
- **Order Management**:
- Coordinate the timing of orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and proper food presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and check back with guests during meals to ensure their needs are met.
- Ensure that all guests' orders are completed and delivered in a timely manner, with the correct dishes and drinks.
- **Maintaining Restaurant Standards**:
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and place settings.
- Set up and reset dining areas as needed, ensuring the restaurant is always prepared for service.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of all restaurant equipment, glassware, and silverware.
- **Handling Payments**:
- Process guest payments accurately and promptly, including handling cash, credit card transactions, and bills.
- Ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience before they leave and thank them for their patronage.
- **Customer Relations**:
- Handle customer complaints or concerns calmly and efficiently, offering solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Build rapport with regular guests to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains a positive and professional image at all times.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and service team to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in managing the flow of guests to avoid delays and ensure a positive experience for everyone.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:
- Help monitor stock levels of dining room supplies and report low stock to management.
- Ensure that all service areas are well-stocked, including napkins, cutlery, condiments, and beverages.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Ensure that all service staff comply with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
- **Other Duties**:
- Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to support restaurant operations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
