1. **Raw Water Management**:

- Check raw water level in ground tank.
- Pump water from well to raw water tank if insufficient supply from water authority.

2. **Solid Waste Management**:

- Check kitchen solid waste level in DAF machine tank.
- Arrange vendor for disposal if tank is full.

3. **Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Management**:

- Monitor water level in STP ground tank.
- Perform daily maintenance of STP machine.
- Conduct backwash operation for filter media.
- Ensure we have sufficient chemicals for plant operation.
- Update maintenance checklist.

4. **Water Treatment Plant (WTP) Management**:

- Monitor water level in WTP ground tank.
- Perform daily maintenance of WTP machine.
- Conduct backwash operation for filter media.
- Update maintenance checklist.

5. **Diesel Generator Management**:

- Operate generator for 5 minutes daily.
- Check parameters and update checklist.
- Report issues to AMC contractor.
- Maintain service report.

6. **Air Conditioning System Management**:

- Inspect air conditioning system.
- Report issues to AMC contractor.
- Maintain service report.

7. **Washroom Plumbing and Electrical Equipment Maintenance**:

- Check washrooms' electrical equipment and plumbing equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty equipment.

8. **Gas Bank Management**:

- Check gas bank pressure gauge.
- Replace empty gas cylinders with new ones.
- Weigh and replace cylinders with vendor's assistance.

9. **Kitchen Equipment Maintenance**:

- Check kitchen equipment working condition.
- Report complaints to chef.
- Repair equipment with technician/vendor assistance.

10. **Transformer Yard Management**:

- Check meter readings daily.
- Update KSEB meter readings on checklist.

11. **Common Area Lights Maintenance**:

- Check common area lights.
- Repair or replace faulty lights.

12. **Water Meter Readings**:

- Check water meter readings from water authority.
- Update readings on checklist.

13. **STP Water Meter Readings**:

- Check water meter readings from STP plant.
- Update readings on checklist.

14. **Plant Maintenance**:

- Check indoor and outdoor plants.
- Ensure proper care by vendor.
- Maintain checklist.

15. **Electrical Room Maintenance**:

- Inspect electrical panels.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance.

16. **Cold Room Management**:

- Check cold room cooling.
- Address issues reported by kitchen team.
- Inform AMC contractor for resolution.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
