We are seeking a dynamic **Site Engineer** to supervise the **Reconductoring of EHT lines, pole erection, GI earthing, strip earthing, and other related works**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and monitor reconductoring work of EHT lines, including installation and alignment.
- Oversee pole erection, GI earthing, and strip earthing activities.
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that all work is executed as per approved plans, safety standards, and quality specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and address any technical or operational issues promptly.
- Maintain daily site activity logs, prepare progress reports, and communicate updates to management.
- Ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Liaise with contractors, laborers, and stakeholders to streamline operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or Diploma in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a two-wheeler for site visits.
- Good understanding of EHT line work, earthing systems, and pole erection procedures (training will be provided if needed).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a challenging site environment.
- Willingness to join immediately.
