o Ability to design and review low-side services including Electrical, HVAC,

Public Health Engineering (PHE), and related systems.

 Healthcare Projects:

o Preference for candidates with prior experience in healthcare projects,

including hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities.

o Strong understanding of specialized MEP requirements for healthcare

environments.

 Renovation Projects (End-to-End):

o Lead renovation works from design stage through vendor selection,

negotiation, award of contracts, execution, billing and measurement ,testing,

and commissioning.

o Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize disruption to ongoing facility

operations.

 Greenfield Projects:

o Independently manage MEP works of new greenfield projects including

design review, vendor validation, tendering, negotiations, execution, and

commissioning.

o Ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality

standards.

 Project Management & Coordination:

o Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth

integration of MEP systems.

o Monitor and manage site activities to ensure compliance with design

specifications and safety standards.

 Industry Knowledge:

o Keep abreast of the latest construction practices, codes, standards, and

materials in the MEP domain.

o Recommend value engineering solutions to optimize cost and performance.
